What is R2S Plus?
R2S Plus is our own homegrown Pick Up Drop Off service. It is a delivery option that provides you with an alternative to traditional home delivery. It allows you to pick up and drop off your parcels at designated locations rather than waiting for delivery to your customers' homes or businesses.
Drop-off locations include staffed counters in existing locations, such as convenience stores and post offices, or unstaffed lockers, in malls, clubs, or other public spaces. ​
How does it work?
To use a PUDO location, customers must select the option when completing their purchase with an online retailer.
After purchasing, they must choose a convenient PUDO location for collection, either a locker or a staffed counter at a nearby store.
Once their item arrives at the selected location, they will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for pick up.
